A: Yes. There is a distant ocean view from the top deck.

Q: How close is the home to the ocean?

A: About a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Q: Is WI-FI included?

A: Yes, we have wireless internet access in all of the Bloomer Estates vacation rentals.

Q: Is there a dishwasher?

A: Yes.

Q: Is there a washer and dryer?

A: Yes there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Q: Does the 1303 Bay Ave.vacation rental have a TV?

A: Yes, currently we have 5 TV's in the home.

Q: How many beds in the house? How many people can sleep there?

A: A total of eight can sleep here in three bedrooms: A master bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps two, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a library with a hide-a-bed.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, we are dog-friendly. Please see the terms and conditions for pets.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

A: Yes. All of the Bloomer Estates Vacation Rental properties provide linens, towels, and paper products.
