Specials

Winter Season Special Two nights free

  • Sept. 18 to Feb 28th
  • Book 2 nights at the regular peak-season rates, and the next two nights are free.
  • Excludes holidays.

Spring Season Special One night free

  • March 1st to June 17th.
  • Book 3 nights at the regular peak-season rates, and the forth night is free.
  • Excludes holidays.

Peak Season

  • June 18th to Sept 17th and holidays
  • Four night minimum.
  • Subscribe to newsletter for last minute specials

 

Terms for all rentals

  • Check in after 4:00 PM.
  • Check out before 11:00 am.
  • Peak season: June 17th to Sept. 17.
  • $25 cancellation fee for all reservations canceled.
  • No Refund if canceled less than 30 days in advance.
  • Must be 25 years old to reserve home.
  • See our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
  • 4 night minimum peak-season.
  • 2 night minimum in Winter and Spring.
