Covid 19 update.

At Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals, the health and safety of our guests, employees and homeowners is our number one priority.

 

We are actively monitoring the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and all travel restrictions. As of this writing, Pacific County is in stage 3, which allows us to rent our homes full time.

 

Below are some important points concerning Covid-19 restrictions. Pease note, these requirements may change, and when they do, we will update  this site. 

 

1) We will need names, email addresses and phone numbers of all adults who will be staying in our homes.  

 

2) We follow all CDC guidelines for cleaning, including using Chlorox to wipe every surface, starting with  the keypad or lockbox.

 

3) Cancellation Fee of $25 or 10% of amount paid to date, whichever is greater. See below for our cancellation policy for non Covid related cancellations.  If  the county or state prohibits us from renting our homes due to a covid outbreak we will make a best effort to either move your reservation or refund your deposit less  $25 or 10% of the total amount deposited to date, whichever is greater.

 

4) We ask all our guests to follow  guidelines for responsible visiting while they are staying in our community.

Secluded Homes with minimal person-to-person contact

Every Bloomer Estates vacation rental minimizes the need for person-to-person contact. Each home is private, with no shared facilities.   Many of our vacation rentals are completely secluded from other homes.

All homes are equipped with either smart locks or lockboxes, (sanitized before every guest stay) so guests can check in and check out independently without interfacing with staff or any local resident.

In addition, many of our homes have extra recreation rooms and provide many indoor activities. All of our homes are a short walk from the beach, a 26 mile-long stretch of sand and ocean front that is lightly populated and perfect for social distancing. This is the longest beach on the Washington state coast. There is plenty to do indoors and outdoors for children of all ages without the need to have uninvited  person-to-person contact during your stay.

Improved and updated housekeeping standards

Between each stay, our professional housekeepers are taking extra precautions to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. Our local cleaners have deployed enhanced cleaning products and procedures, in line with all Centers For Disease Control Cleaning and Disinfecting guidelines.

What are your Off-Season Specials?

 

 Book 3 nights at our regular low off-season rate, and the fourth night is FREE!  

 

Offer valid for stays completed between October 1st , 2020 and October 31st, 2020, Valentines day week, and Spring Break. 

 

Special applies only to nightly rental rate. Cleaning fees, damage waiver fee, service fee and $25 per night per pet fees are not part of the off-special discount.   

 

Rates calculated automatically when you book online. 

 

There is a 4 night minimum for Peak Season and holiday weeks and weekends. 

 

 

Book 2 nights at our regular low off-season rate, and the next 2 nights are FREE!  OR

Book 4 nights and the next 4 nights are FREE.

Can I book a 2 night stay during peak season or holiday weeks or weekends?

 

For Peak Season and holiday's we have a 4 night minimum. However, we may rent for 2 or 3 nights for last minute stays or to fill gaps in reservations or weekdays. Please call 1 800 747-2096 for details.

 

What is your Guarantee and Cancellation Policy?

 

 Guarantee Policy:

 

At time of booking a deposit of 25% of the gross amount due will be submitted by tenant.​

 

The full amount of the rent, plus tax, service fee, damage waiver fee and cleaning fee, will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file 30 days prior to your check-in date.​ At this time, the tenant will receive driving directions as well as entry codes and wifi passwords

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The rental deposit,  less $25, will be returned if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the check-in date.​

 

If tenant cancels within 30 days of the reservation, Bloomer Estates will refund their payment less 20% of the gross amount as the cancellation fee.

 

 

What is the the damage waiver fee?

 

In lieu of a security deposit, a a damage waiver fee (USD) will be included in every reservation:

  • 1 bedrooms: $5 per night
  • 2 bedrooms: $7 per night
  • 3 bedrooms: $10 per night
  • 4 bedrooms: $13 per night
  • 5 or more bedrooms: $16 per night

The Damage Waiver covers up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as the tenant reports the incident to Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How do I Report Damage?

Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please call the Bloomer Estates at 1 800 747-2096.

What are the Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions?

 

  1. The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
  1. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
  2. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
  3. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $2,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $2,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
  4. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.

 

 

Is there a minimum age requirement to make a reservation?

 

Yes.  The lease signer must be at least 25 years old.
