Below Is the Bloomer Estates Vacation Rental's Cancellation Policy

Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals offers a flexible cancellation policy for all of our coastal cabins, cottages, and ocean view homes on the Long Beach, Washington Peninsula.

Please see details below, as the new cancellation policy affects all reservations where the initial payments are collected after June 1st, 2021.

Can I get a refund if I cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation?

Bloomer Estates Vacations will refund 100% of all money collected if you cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation.

What does Bloomer Estates require for a deposit?

If the booking is made  32 days or longer before the check-in date,  a deposit of 25% of the "total payment amount (defined as rent, taxes, all service fee, damage waiver fee, pet fees, and cleaning fee) is required to hold the reservation.

If the booking is made 31 days or less before the check-in date, the total payment amount is due.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 31 days before the check-in date.

At this time, Bloomer Estates will automatically deduct the "total payment amount"  (less any deposits) from the credit card on file. Bloomer Estates will email a statement of confirmation when the final payment is deducted.

What is the refund policy if I cancel 7 days or LESS before the check-in date?

Bloomer Estates will retain 100% of the "total payment amount" for cancellations 7 days or less before check-in, except for cancellations within 24 hours of making the reservation.

What is the refund policy if I cancel between 8 and 31 days before check-in?

Bloomer Estates will retain 20% of the "total payment amount" if cancellation occurs between 8 and 31 days before the check-in date.

What is the refund policy if I cancel MORE than 31 days in advance?

Bloomer Estates will retain 10% of the "total payment amount" if cancellation occurs 31 days or longer before the check-in date.

What is the Cancellation Policy due to unforeseen circumstances?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to cancellations, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellations or delays of flights
  • Weather conditions
  • Sicknesses or deaths in the family
  • A sudden illness or injury
  • Personal engagements and appointments that are rescheduled or delayed

In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
