Vacation Rental Damage Waiver

Bloomer Estates Provides Vacation Rental Damage Protection Coverage for All Guests

There is enough stress in life, but when you are on vacation, you should be able to relax and enjoy your Long Beach Washington Coast getaway without worrying about something breaking. Our nominal non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is to help you relax in the knowledge that if there is accidental damage, you are protected. Our vacation rental owners also appreciate that any accidental damage is covered.   Instead of paying an exorbitant security deposit, the damage waiver fee offers protection for those unforeseen incidents.

You do not need to worry about canceled check fees or credit card holds. You also don’t need to worry about accidental damage in your vacation rental. If something breaks, let us know right away, and we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. But more importantly, you can have the confidence to enjoy your vacation without worry.

See our frequently asked questions regarding the Damage Waiver Fee below.

What is covered in the damage waiver fee?

The Damage Waiver covers up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as the tenant reports the incident to Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals before checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Is the Damage Waiver Fee an insurance policy?

However,  PROPERTY DAMAGE MUST BE  DISCLOSED TO MANAGEMENT before CHECK-OUT.
