This cozy retreat features two bedrooms: the east bedroom offers a Queen bed and a twin bed, while the west bedroom features a Queen bed and a futon that folds out into a twin bed. Additionally, the living area includes a futon that folds out into a Queen bed. The accommodation is complemented by a full bathroom featuring a Tub/Shower combo and a single vanity, a welcoming living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for your convenience.

• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog.

Parking:
• Each unit has one designated parking spot.
• There are four extra parking spaces available without designated markings.
• While the layout can accommodate a truck and trailer, maneuvering may be challenging and require backing out.
• No garage
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Pack N Play, Baby Gates or High-Chair are available in the clam room for guest use.
• Plastic plates, bowls, cups and silverware.
