Please note that a separate mid-term unit, the Coastal Guest Studio, is available for rent on the same property. Connected to the garage, guests of Coastal Cozy and Coastal Guest Studio share access to the backyard garage and play area.

• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
