We had 7 adults, 2 teens, 3 dogs & a toddler & everyone had what they needed. Plenty of space & the best appointed kitchen I have ever rented! The dining room accommodated our entire group with a high chair for the little one we could easily eat together around 1 table. Very kid/dog friendly. The beach is an easy stroll from the house and Colleen's coffee/pastry/yarn shop is on the way (highly recommend!). Robbie sent many referrals in advance for things to do, where to eat & activities for all ages. The little patio between the houses was our favorite gathering spot. Even though there was someone into the upstairs house upstairs we felt pretty private there. In the afternoon/evening the bigger yard was in full sun & not as comfortable. The flat grill in the patio was a big hit with our son & his wife who are professional chefs. The well-stocked kitchen & grill provided most of our meals. Would love to stay there again soon!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The two separate houses made it easy to “get away” from the kids and it felt nice and relaxing. The kids had a blast since the beach was such a short walk from the house. Would definitely recommend for larger parties wanting an easy and relaxed beach getaway.

Having two houses gave our extended family plenty of room spread out. The teens and younger liked to hang out in the game room with the pool table and the video game machine. All of us gathered in the big house's theater for movie nights. We used the firepit in the yard for roasting hot dogs and smores. The dog loved running around the fenced yard. Our only complaint would be that the yard and the kid toys in the yard have run down since we were there two years ago. The swing set, tunnel and playhouse all need renovation, and the sand boxes, gardens and patio need to be weeded. Even so, this is our favorite place to stay in Ocean Park/Long Beach. Not only is there something for everyone to enjoy, but being able to walk to Jack's Country Store, restaurants and the beach makes it the perfect location!

Our vacation was so much fun, the space was perfect for 9 adults and 1 toddler. We had a dog free house and a dog friendly house. The houses were well stocked too, will definitely be returning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1303 Beach Retreat! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the large yard was wonderful, the location was great! There were clam guns available to use, which we did. There was plenty of room for the nine of us to spread out or be together. Everyone enjoyed ping pong and pool.

The two house and multiple bathrooms were enjoyed by our five couples. Appreciated having cupboards and drawers well labeled making it easy to find items in the kitchen. Also appreciated the abundance of pots and pans and numerous other kitchen appliances. I was especially glad to find extra blankets in the bedrooms so I could swap out the heavy comforter for something lighter. Instructions and communications with the managers/owners were clear and useful. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We would book again.

Wonderful time at coast with family. House was well cared for, well stocked and very clean. Proximity to beach is wonderful. Hope to come back soon and would rent this home again.

A great place in a wonderful location. So much space and so many things to do! The kids loved the pool table, the ping pong table, and the standing video game. The dogs loved the short walk to the beach. And the grown-ups loved the well organized and well stocked kitchen as well as the ability to sneak away for an afternoon nap. Everyone was happy with the place and we are all hoping we'll make it back again.

The two houses were great for our group. Just wish we could’ve taken advantage of the outdoor space.

When we walked it, we were very surprised on the house. It had everything we could need. The bed were very comfortable. It had all the dishes you would ever need. There was something for everyone at the house. We totaled 9 people and we still had beds to go.
We left to go to Tillamook and I forgot my purse outside on the table, I called the number and this very nice lady answered the phone. I told her what I did and she told me that she would go and put it in the house. She save our trip.
I would highly recommend this place for your next trip. We will be back.

Kids had a great time!

Beach Retreat was comfortable and suited our party of 12 plus 3 dogs. We appreciated the bedrooms and enough beds to sleep everyone. The dining table was big enough for 10 and there was counter seating for the rest of us. It was nice to have a fireplace. The beach was a block away and easy to walk to. In summer, the outdoor space would have been awesome! We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family & I have been staying in your wonderful rentals every year for six maybe seven years now. We love your gorgeous houses. Kids & us adults loved the arcade you added! Fun! And thank you so much fo the gate you added to the porch! It was so much easier packing our stuff and I’m keeping the dogs from running off with that nice gate! So pleased! I have only one suggestion at this time. Some kind of shelves or extra counter space to put all our food. Etc. thank you! See ya next year or maybe sooner ...ps so convienient to restaurants & store.

Our multigenerational family had a great stay at Bloomer Estate’s 1303 Beach Retreat. The extremely large yard was perfect for the children, as well as our 2 elderly canines. Toys and game equipment met the needs of the very young, as well as their parents. And the kitchen was big enough for festive group cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at the main and guest house at 1303 Bay Ave. The house’s were kid friendly. My little one’s absolutely loved the backyard with all the playground toy’s. We were sad that we ran out of time and did not played beach Volleyball with the family. Loved that the beach is within walking distance from the house’s. I would highly recommend this rental. Our family decided we will be making it our yearly tradition!!

We celebrated our family Xmas over Memorial Day Weekend this year and this pair of homes held us very well. The grandkids loved the "park" in the back yard as did the young adults. Us older members loved the decks for viewing all of the active fun. The beach is close and the town is close. Location is great! Bonus, the homes were very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at 1303 Beach Retreat! My parents stayed in the cottage and my husband and I along with our 2 young children stayed in the main house. There was plenty of room and the house is equipped with everything and more we needed for our 4 night stay. The kids loved the outdoor play area, and all the toys inside both homes. We chose to drive to the beach as it was chilly and challenging with kids although the walk is not far. There are shops close by and a wonderful little bakery/ice cream shop next store that was fun to visit. We would stay here again for sure next time we visit Long Beach!

The managers were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating when we had to shift our dates because of snow! The backyard and playground kept our kids and dog happy! Just steps from the beach, country store, coffee shop, etc. The house was well equipped and charming. We will definitely be back!

The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work! And when we called about it you sent somebody and they looked at it and said they come back in a half an hour and then never showed up!

Three generations of our family, aged 3 - 70, plus two old dogs came together at 1303 Beach Retreat for a respite from our COVID isolation. Having a whole property to ourselves meant freedom to relax and play without having to worry about social distancing as in a hotel. Having two houses as part of the same rental meant plenty of room for everyone to come together or to have solitude as the mood struck and there were LOTS of bathrooms. SUCH a blessing! Each house was appointed with everything we might want or need, from comfy beds to coffee makers to jigsaw puzzles to the pool/ping pong table. The yard had just undergone a major renovation, including fencing, a play structure, volleyball area, horseshoes, and a fire pit for evening hot dog and smore roasts. The dogs loved the freedom of being able to stroll around the fenced yard with us without leashes. There are very few vacation rentals with fully fenced yards, so this is a big plus!

While we were there, the owner stopped by to check on the fencing and shared fascinating details about the history of the house. He took great care to preserve the unique features from 1915 while bringing the support systems into the modern age. His pride in the house was evident, and shown throughout every room.

This property is on Bay Avenue in quiet little Ocean Park, so it's a straight shot and short walk down to the lovely beach. Also within walking distance are restaurants and grocery stores, so there's really no need for cars unless you get the hankering for Long Beach fun, a stroll through the quaint historical dwellings in Oysterville (which I highly recommend) or a trip to the Cranberry Museum for the best ice cream in the world.

This was our second time staying at 1303 Beach Retreat, and it won't be our last. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area! LOVE IT! (We wish we could buy it)

We stayed with our multigenerational family of ten for 4 nights. The location made it just as easy to walk to the store as the beach. The dual kitchens and two buildings helped when we had different ideas of bedtimes. It is more exposed than other rentals, but we enjoyed the fire pit, volleyball, playground, and hot tub none the less. The massage chair was also a huge hit.

Long weekend with my husband and I, daughter, son, daughter-in-law and grandchild. It was great to be able to step out the door and take an easy walk to the beach. The house/kitchen was very well stocked. I very much appreciated the property working with us to make our reservation request work.

Beautiful beach home about 3 blocks to the beach. Restaurant to one side, coffee shop on the other side and antique shop across the street. Perfect location! Lots of room for large groups. Total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 2 houses for the price is an awesome deal. That also means 2 kitchens, plus a massagechair, hot tub and lots of parking. 2 spacious decks as well. So much to offer. Kitchens were well stocked with about any tool you need! Pet friendly and short walk to beach or town. Comfortable beds and furniture plus 10 TVs total! Kathy worked with us with everything needed, wonderful customer service from her. Best manager ever!

A quaint, vintage house with all the best updates and conveniences you could want. I hate to say how lovely it is, lest it not be available next time for us! The location is unbeatable, being next door to the Rusty Spur. Oh and also handy to the beach and to Jack's General Store. It is set up with families in mind, including small children and dogs.

Great house for small or large group. Stocked well for any time of year. Great location within walking distance to the beach & downtown Ocean Park. Very comfortable for a weeks stay. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!! This is the fourth time we have stayed here. The house is Great. Enough space for all. And best thing is it is so close to the beach.

We found Bloomer last year for our annual beach week and we wouldn't use anyone else. This house was perfect for our group. Cozy, well furnished and a well stocked kitchen. The three bathrooms came in very handy. We loved the house itself and its perfect location to the local cafe, which you must visit, the local general store and the beach. We will back for sure. Bloomers is so easy to work with and accomodating they really can not be beat.

Love the house. Big enough there are several sitting areas and a lovely kitchen. We cooked many epic meals, relaxed on the hot tub and watched the sunset from the balcony. The beach is a short 5 minute walk.

Great customer service, the house was equipped with most everything one could need, when you got there you felt like you were settling in to your personal vacation home with the way everything was set up. What a wonderful home to spend a relaxing vacation in. Plenty of room and quite. The owners have thought of everything you might need and each room was decorated perfectly. Location to the beach and stores were just minutes away and Long Beach is only miles down the road so if you want ocean living without the traffic this is the one.

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. There were separate areas where a person could get away if they wished for maybe some quiet reading time or for watching football. Dining room table for 8 was our favorite room! House is so close to the beach which the kids loved even if it was November. Do your grocery shopping right there 1 block away. Kitchen has everything you need. We would love to come back

The house was clean and inviting. A very nice remodel had been done some years back that modernized the house nicely. The house was outfitted with everything you you need, absolutely turn-key. The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking-in if so desired. It was located a very short walk away from the beach, coffee, food, a gallery, a book store and a great Mercantile store.
We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The management company were so easy to work with and this home had more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax. I cannot get over how lovely the furnishings and accommodations were in this home. The beach was so peaceful and surprisingly the least windy beach I have ever been to on the West coast. I highly recommend this property. We had a group of 8 and two doggies and we had the most amazing time. The pizza restaurant right next store was a total bonus! Thank you for everything!

Decided to stay 3 nights 4 days in Long Beach and this was a great house to rent. Lots of space and close to a beach access.

This is a large and spacious home with anything you could need for your stay. Very close to the beach and the area was quiet and relaxing while we were there in early May. We forgot our baby monitor and they shipped it to us the next day. Great customer service.

We had a wonderful four night stay! The house is very comfortable and so are the beds! Our group really appreciates the large dining room table where we enjoy dinners together and play cards and games. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of plates, flatware, and big pots and pans! We arrived at the property and the door code provided was incorrect, we tried to reach both contacts via the numbers provided. No one contacted us for 1.5 hours. We were ready to find a hotel for the night and then we finally got a call back, There appeared to be some confusing with the booking address?? The contact for the rental company...Chandy was her name I believe gave us the correct code and got us into the house. She was polite and apologized, the rest of our vacation was fantastic. The house and property was wonderful! We will book again soon!

We were 3 couples and 2 Toddlers. The layout worked very well for us. The beach was close enough to walk to numerous times a day. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Long Beach. Seemed to be a very safe community. We left bikes and toys outside and nothing was bothered. Only complaint was we couldn't find a decent latte. Will definitely rent this house again. Liked the area better than Lincoln City, Oregon where we usually go.

We rented and shared this lovely close to the beach with two other couples. We each wanted to have our own bathrooms. So 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was super. Plenty of room. We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Park! Our house we rented was very close to the ocean, store, and places to eat-all within walking distance. The house is wonderful, with three nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We love this house, and have stayed here may times, and plan to come more! The management company, or Bloomer, is awesome to work with, and answered my many questions-I found them to be very professional and helpful!

Our family enjoyed some much needed downtime in this roomy, well-equipped rental. The proximity to both beach and town made it easy for all the kids to find something to do - and easy for mom and dad to keep track of them. The water main broke the day we arrived, and Bloomers did a great job keeping us informed and supplied with bottled water until the water district made repairs.

We have stayed at many rental houses before and this one topped them all. The location was great. We could not believe the amount of things that were in the house for our use from kitchen to games and books. We loved so much we are thinking of making it an annual trip. We were to families staying with 3 little kids all 6 and under.
