Most important were the ADA accommodations. Very wheelchair friendly making the vacation that much more special. Thank you for providing a safe space where someone with early onset dementia and mobility issues could feel safe and rested and able to take a vacation somewhere beautiful before these kind of trips may no longer an option.

We had a great time celebrating my moms 70th birthday here. The beach is just a short walk away and the house is the perfect size for a larger group.

I love this house, AFTER DUNE DELIGHT!!! Great location, private and just beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, lots of space and very clean. We stayed 6 nights and I wish we could stay another 60!! If I had any questions the management was quick to respond and I truly appreciated that.One thing I found very useful, due to the sand a d my dogs making my new SUV so dirty, was having access to the garage and a garden hose a d a shop vacuum. I used it everyday!!A+++++We will be back. 100%

Our stay was nice at After Dune Delight. The home was nice and close to the beach. No real negatives except possibly the stairs were a little dangerous for elders and kids. A couple items mentioned on the listing that were available we didnt find. However overall we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Everyone had fun staying here, it is accessible and enjoyable. We had fun with all the games in the game room and had a great time around the fire pit. We look forward to going back to this house again. We had nice weather, but staying there with a storm coming in would be fun as well.

My family loved the house plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Short walk to beach. The game room and garage games were a huge hit. The house was clean and well stocked on everything you might have forgotten. Deer hung out in the back yard. The fire pit was great for smores. Bonus the neighbors were also extremely friendly. We will definitely stay again.

This house was absolutely wonderful for our two families with 5 kids and a dog. The house was clean and light filled, with two of everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed playing in the soft sand for hours. The game room, play set, and fire pit gave us lots of options to enjoy at the house. Thank you for your clear communication and availability to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay! We’d love to come back!

Booking directly through Bloomer Estates was easy. They sent plenty of information about check in, check out, and activities in the area. They were responsive to extra questions although I do wish they would have followed up about bike rentals. The cleaners did a great job. The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever rented.

This house is awesome! So much fun for a family vacation!! Would definitely stay here again.

1st house I have found that is actually handicap accessible like they say they are. I would recommend it and we'll be visiting again

Spacious for large crowds. Three families with toddlers and infants. Felt safe and relaxed. Quiet space to get away from loud toddlers and crying grandbabies. I don’t want to leave! My only regret is that I didn’t rent it for longer!

Wonderful home! Very quiet and relaxing.
The yard is not fully fenced so if you bring a dog you need to be aware. Extremely clean and well maintained. We have one family member in a wheelchair and we were very impressed with all transitions from outside to inside. The chairlift was so nice to have!
The path to the beach is a very easy to walk and very well maintained. The rental company were wonderful! Quick to respond and provide whatever we needed. We loved our time there! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great place for 2 families with kids. With 2 separate areas for the kids to play games and leave the adults to visit was perfect for all. We had 9 people and plenty of room for cooking, eating and relaxing. Super private and quiet. It only takes three minutes to walk to the beach on a easy and clear trail. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice place and everything we needed
Need to place road sign at road entrance. Directions say road in between 115 and 117 but you have to past road before you see 117 and then have to turnaround?. Max on people should be more.

We shared the house with out daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and to grand children -- one of whom is in a wheelchair. We loved going down to the nearby beach, and to other attractions on the peninsula (the boardwalk, some of the shops, watching the kites and the remaining sand carvings, Oysterville, the Interpretive Ceneter and lighthouse.

‘After Dune Delight’ was the perfect choice for our family of seven humans and four dogs. Aliscia was very helpful and pointed out this ADA property would suit us best and she was right. Perfect accommodations with great access for my disabled son, and the kitchen was fully stocked and equipped. The property was clean, organized and comfortable. When we had a question now to operate the ceiling fan lights, the staff responded promptly. Pre arrival instructions were helpful and well thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very nice as are Bloomer Estates. The walk to the beach was easy and short. Fun games available when it rains. Overall great place!

Great visit to an updated property. Starting with the excellent communication (and To Do and Restaurant suggestion) and the very clean property, we were really happy with our stay.

The ADA accommodations were really super and we appreciated the wide doors and wheelchair accessible shower.

Well stocked kitchen (and two kitchens, double the fun!), lots and lots of towels. Both a fire pit and a propane fire pit were both enjoyed. Bummed the hot tub was not open (which was clearly communicated to us and clear in the description) but the upstairs big bathtub was used with glee!

Location was out of town, but close enough to get to a store.

Would definitely stay again and we were really happy with Bloomer folks but before, during and after the visit.

Our family recently gathered to spend some quality time together. This has been a difficult year due to my husband being diagnosed with brain cancer in May. This gathering was a chance for all of us to come together and enjoy each other‘s company and have a great time at a beautiful location. The vacation house was set up perfectly for my husband’s ADA needs. The property was well stocked, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to keep adults and teenagers alike occupied. we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Wow, what a wonderful house! The kitchen is stocked with everything a person needs and then some. Great platters for serving big meals, a dutch oven, kitchen aid, cookie making supplies, etc.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable. They literally thought of everything and had it available. For example there was a lighter for the grill. So much thought went in the stocking the house. The spa was large and well maintained, we really enjoyed it after cooler days at the beach.

The games were well maintained and provided entertainment on rainy days. Everything was clean and in great working order. There were heaters in the garage so we were comfortable while playing. I was worried about the hot tub and my 2 year old, but with the door shut, it felt very safe. Plenty of towels for the hot tub and inside for showers as well. I've stayed places where there weren't enough towels for the number of guests allowed.

My mom is in a wheelchair, the ADA equipment was wonderful. I've had a difficult time finding a spot on the beach that can accommodate her. This place was perfect!

The only downside was that the beach was so far away. This is nothing against the house though, it seems to be typical of houses at Long Beach. It was a long haul for kids and so far away my mom didn't get the beach feel she was hoping for. The private path down is great and right next to the house.

There was a brief issue with the hot tub and Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals responded quickly. The yard mowing crew was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company and a stay in this wonderful house!
