Very clean. Very nice decor. wonderful view. It was also an easy walk to the beach.our only problem was learning how to use the lock on the door to get into the house but I think that has now been fixed. We had a great time. very relaxing.

My mom and I stayed here for a special girls weekend and we loved it! The space was so beautiful and cozy! The views were so pretty, and the visits from the deer were an added bonus! This was also one of the most well stocked and organized rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Helped us feel even more at home!

We have been here before and always had a great time. The weather was better than ever. As issues came up, we found Bloomers and the homeowners very responsive.

Robbie's place was exactly as described, was spotless, comfortable and the view is amazing! We were there during the kite festival and it was so relaxing sitting by the window, watching the kites fly, listening to the broadcast music or the waves. Questions and concerns were handled promptly. The only issue we had was with both doors. They are difficult to maneuver to lock and unlock. They do tell you this, but they are really frustrating. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

This is was our second stay with Boomer Estates at Long beach, WA. This time we stayed at the Waves and Forever property. This is a gorgeous property that directly overlooks the ocean. It is conveniently located to most attractions and a short drive to most State parks and Astoria. It is well appointed and very clean with almost everything we could have asked for or needed. If you enjoy wildlife there are deer that visit most mornings and early evenings. It made for a wonderful experience and we would happily stay at this property again!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described with modern decor and a gorgeous view. We had everything we could need to make our own meals. The condo is stocked with plenty of supplies. We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. We will stay again for sure!

I've used Bloomer Estates a half dozen times including three visits at Windward Passage. We stayed in this particular condo at New Year's and returned now for our little beach wedding ceremony. The unit has changed ownership & name, but the lovely furnishing & decor are the same. Everything is very tasteful and it's stocked with everything you need & then some. The setting is ideal, views panoramic, and property management is excellent & responsive. The dishwasher wasn't working during our stay & we could have put it to good use as we cooked a share of meals, but no great shakes. My only smidge of disappointment is that I communicated beforehand that we were coming back to get married & thought a congratulatory note or some such would be a nice touch. Having said that, we'll no doubt be back as we love it too much to stay away!

Wow! All Waves and Forever delivered way more then they advertised. What a great view. Outstanding Gourmet Kitchen. Outstanding customer service. Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We explored the Long Beach area, dug for Razor Clams, fished several lakes, cooked in the large kitchen, grilled on the patio, went to a local bakery twice. We relaxed and watched the weather roll in. The beds was very comfortable so we were well rested. We will return since there is so much to see and do in the area. Thanks for a great time. We really enjoyed our stay. First impressions and the view exceded our expectations. The kitchen was so nice we stayed in and cooked our meals several times. The grill on the patio along with the seating overlooking the great view was a highlight. We reached out when we had a question and had super fast responses. Very Helpful. Very Friendly. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place for the weekend. We will be back. The whole rental process was smooth and all of our needs were met. There is so much to do in Long Beach we will need to come back. Thank you

This was our second time staying at a Bloomer Estates managed property, and once again they thought of absolutely everything! The condo was immaculate and perfect, with a lovely view and an amazing fireplace. Bloomer thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay, you literally can pick up some groceries nearby, walk in the door, and never leave except to hit the beach. We felt very well looked after and will definitely be back. The location of this condo is particularly epic for beach/boardwalk access and the views were incredible.

Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Catch N' Relax. I previously stayed at this property, but in a top floor unit that doesn't allow pets or children. I was a bit hesitant to stay two floors down in a condo that allows dogs, but the moment we walked in, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The panoramic ocean view was every bit as good, and the unit was spotless (and had zero dog smell!). Absolutely spotless with beautiful decor, not to mention the terrific amenities. I brought along a few items that are sometimes missing from rentals & soon discovered that the condo had every single thing we needed, and then some. Bloomer Estates is a top notch property management company & this unit is perfect in every way. Can't wait for our next stay!

October, mid-week, was the perfect time, and this cozy condo was the perfect place for a quick ocean get away. It was so welcoming, clean and cozy, with every amenity we could have wanted. What a quaint but tastefully decorated condo! Well stocked, all the creature comforts we needed! Sweeping views of the ocean while we drink our coffee.. Will return as life allows.

The place was beautiful and extremely clean, it actually looked like the pictures on the website. We would definitely come back to Long Beach and stay in the same spot.

This gave us a chance to take our son on his first vacation he has alot of allergies mostly pertaining to food and this place had a super nice kitchen with everything you need so we could cook for him, probably the best view of long beach the facilities were clean and we had the time of our lives 10/10 recommend!!

What a great place to relax. The view every morning as the sun was rising and the waves were crashing made it the perfect location. An amazing comfortable, well stocked home with a great view, close to town and the discovery trail. Could not of asked for a better place to unwind. We will be back.

Normally I am disappointed with condo rentals. They usually feel out of date and slightly run down. When we first walked in to our ocean front condo, my wife and I both said we made the right choice. The condo was clean and the view was awesome. We also felt like we had the entire building to ourselves as there weren't many people staying there over the holidays.

We stayed for five days and that was perfect for us. We left feeling refreshed and hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Catch and Relax is immaculately clean, beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk through the dunes to the boadwalk, discovery walk and the beach. It is the best stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed at. They thought of everything -- every kitchen gadget, coffee, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, board games, and on and on -- even a dog bed and dog treats. And, you can't tell it allows dogs, no smell whatsoever.

Catch N'Relax was our perfect get-away place! Beautiful view from a clean and very nicely furnished condo. Close and convenient to town; even closer to the beach, Discovery Path and the Boardwalk with a path right next to the building. We even had a doe and her two young ones right in from of the window - making for a perfect picture with the ocean behind them.
Bloomer Estates offered a lot of communication about where to go, places to eat, things to do, and answered all our questions about the condo before we asked. The only downside was the very high bars in the closets for hanging clothes. Really have no idea why they are so high that I needed a step stool to hang up my clothes. Highly recommend Catch N'Relax and Bloomer Estates was a great company to work with. 5 stars *****+

Bloomer Estates are the best. If you need to talk to a human they always pick up the phone or call back as soon as they can. There web site is is very easy to use even for a novice with limited computer skills.

We stayed at catch and relax. The condo had absolutely everything in it that you would ever need as far as amenities just bring your clothes. The place was spotless you would never know it was pet friendly.

Lovely space, clean, comfy, with all the pieces that make it feel like home: extra towels, wine glasses, AND a oyster knife for all those delicacies from Oysterville and Fish People.
