Beach Access:
• Located at the main beach approach entrance
• 1-minute walk to get your feet in the sand
• In the heart of Downtown Long Beach

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Pets:
• Sorry, pets not allowed
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Only ONE parking spot is available
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Pack-N-Play available, No Baby Gates, No High-Chair

Wi-Fi, TVs, and Consoles:
• 3 HDTVs available, each with Google Chromecast and Roku devices
• 2 PlayStations
• Free High-speed internet, 200 to 400mbs
• With your smartphones, you can stream all your favorite shows and movies from YouTube, Netflix, Max, and others.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Downstairs: master bedroom with king bed, plus a twin roll-away bed in the closet. and the chair in the room folds down to a twin-size bed, best fit for a small child
• Upstairs: kids' bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed.
• Bonus: Living room with sofa bed.

Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1: on the first floor with shower and double vanity
• Bathroom 2: on the second floor with shower/tub combo

• Appliances: Blender, Crockpot, Rice cooker, Waffle maker, Griddle, Toaster, Electric hand mixer.
