The main floor offers a warm and inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and a convenient laundry room to make extended stays easy.

The 0.33-acre lot provides ample parking for boats and cars, a fenced yard, and a spacious workshop. This coastal home offers the perfect getaway, ideal for families or small groups.

Beach Access:
• Just 0.8 miles from the beach — about a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk through the neighborhood.

Pets:
• Two well-behaved dogs under 20lb are welcome
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Driveway and street parking for 2 boats and 6 cars

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Highchair and child gate available.
• No Pack N’ Play

Coffee Bar:
• First-morning coffee pods on us!
• Keurig

Wi-Fi and TVs:
• 2 Samsung Smart TVs – located on the main floor and in the master bedroom.
• Guests can log in to their favorite streaming services, including Netflix, using their own accounts.
• High-speed Wi-Fi.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed in the master bedroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed in the second bedroom
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a Double bed in the third bedroom

Bathroom:
• Full Bathroom 1: Master Bathroom with a Full Tub/Shower Combo
• Bathroom 2: Shared Guest Bathroom Located on the Upper Floor
• Bathroom 3: Half Bathroom Located on the Main Floor

In Addition:
• Fire pit and BBQ area (Propane included)
• Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath, and hand towels included.
• Soaps: shampoos, conditioners, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
• Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included.
