The main floor offers a warm and inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and a convenient laundry room to make extended stays easy. For added entertainment, the home features a fun game area with an arcade machine and dartboard, perfect for family and group activities.

The 0.33-acre lot provides ample parking for boats and cars, a partially fenced yard, and a spacious workshop. This coastal home offers the perfect getaway, ideal for families or small groups.

Beach Access:
• Just 0.8 miles from the beach — about a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk through the neighborhood.

Pets:
• Two well-behaved dogs under 20lb are welcome
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Driveway and street parking for 4 cars or 2 cars and 1 boat

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Highchair and child gate available.
• No Pack N’ Play

Wi-Fi and TVs:
• 2 Samsung Smart TVs – located on the main floor and in the master bedroom.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a Double bed in the third bedroom
