Lovely home and location. Everything we could ask for and more!

We had an amazing stay in Ilwaco. The house was extremely clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the harbor is spectacular. Bloomer Estates were perfect hosts, quick to respond to questions, friendly and proactive. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Not a whole lot going on in Ilwaco itself, but you can’t beat the location regardless. Beautiful and just minutes to Long Beach and the state park. And Astoria a short drive as well. My family enjoyed watching activity in the marina, and the family of deer off the deck. Sparkling clean new place. Still with fresh car smell.

This has to be one of the nicest places to stay in the area. Amazing home and wonderful host!

The home was very nice and clean and it had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the balcony and spent time watching various birds and sea life in the marina.

As advertised: contemporary design, clean, quiet, great view.

This is a rare gem- beautiful location and walking distance to the little town. Amazing views and bird watching! Highly recommend- we will be back! Only thing to note- aside from the master bedroom, the beds are suited for kids. As a 5’2” woman, I was able to sleep comfortably but my 5’10” bf not so much

This house is great. Spotless and the service was outstanding. The house is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a nice relaxing beach getaway. One item that was missing is a full length mirror so if that is important, keep that in mind. The views are outstanding and again, the house is beautiful and fully equipped.

We loved our stay at the house in Ilwaco. It was beautiful and so close to Cape Disappointment! We would absolutely stay again, hopefully for longer next time! We were so sad when it was time to leave.

This was a perfect fit for our family of four. The view is beautiful. The activity in the harbor is captivating. And the new modern cabin is neat and cozy. This was a perfect jumping off point for Long Beach, Astoria, and all of the state and national parks around the mouth of the Columbia river. Easy and relaxing all the way around.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. Amber kept great communication with me before, during and after our stay. Making sure that everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Super close to the ilwaco farmers market which was absolutely fun as well as Cape Disappointment. We found ourselves mesmerized watching the boats coming and going in the port. This place felt like home! The combination of concrete, wood and “metal” tiles gave it the most amazing modern look. We were truly inspired! We were also able to relax completely and comfortably. Had game night at the table. A movie in the living room. Wine on the patio. We will definitely be coming back!

Unique and unobstructed sight. Very clean and assuming new as various essentials missing but confident they will remedy. Disappointed that I'm booking an 8 night stay and they wanted to charge me to drop off groceries earlyWhen there was no one in the night before. I think it's important to accommodate when you can, and make your guest feel welcomed. That turned a stay of a 10 to a 7 and created a lot of hassle for me to get the groceries dropped off before my evening. Heck in But the house is a solid 5 on the above rating.

We stayed at a gorgeous home! The management team had great communication with us and made it very comfortable!

This is a cool little place. The house is very clean and new. Being a new rental there's a few little things to work out but was a lot of fun. The active working harbor was very cool. The state parks locally are fun to visit
