Fantastic, well-equipped, and beautiful spot for our big family for a Long Beach weekend. Would love to come back!

Great location. Quick walk to the beach. Great views. House is very spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked.

Beautiful location right next to the beach. No one was staying at the guest house next door so it felt very secluded. The house was well stocked, had games for adults and kids, puzzles, outdoor beach gear, etc. Unfortunately the pinball machine didn’t work but they offered to send a tech out to fix it. The kids room with 4 beds is above the play and not accessible from the other bedrooms. This was an issue for us because our kids are little and we had to be closer/didnt want them to try to walk down the stairs at night. It worked out because we could use the two futons in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house was a little run down on the outside (loose lamp post, damage from the sea air). Overall, nice relaxing beach house.

Very clean home with so many amenities….it rained on and off during our stay (late September) but the house was perfect- the game room was fun on rainy days- the beach and other outdoor activities on sunny days. I highly recommend checking out Cape Disappointment, and grabbing some clam chowder and driving down the beach (you can drive on the beach!) as well as clamming and a ride to Oysterville for the best fresh oysters. We are a family of 9- all mixed ages (from 10-26) and everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well stocked- and loving to cook, I had a great time being in the beautiful kitchen preparing food. The house has wonderful antiques and some beautiful stained glass windows. Views are amazing. Walk to beach gorgeous and an easy walk. I gave it a 5 star because the house was even more great than the listing. Amber from Bloomer Estates was extremely helpful and very prompt at returning my inquiries. Lovely stay. Great memories.

The Knole House and Knole Guest House were perfect for our family reunion. The houses were lovely, well maintained and stocked, the kitchen in the Knole House perfect for preparing large meals with multiple people working together and not bashing into each other. The game room and the kids room above it were perfect. The houses are wonderfully isolated, private, and quiet. Yet close to town. The surrounding grasses and beach just beautiful.

Celebrated our 80th Birthdays at the Knole House with Grandkids. One day of rain and it was still perfect. We flew kites, biked the dunes, played games on the beach. House felt like we were all alone with private path to the beach. Adult children loved the game room with physical interactive games for challenges. Bloomers made all the arrangements hassle free and friendly.Thanks for new memories.

The Knole’s were perfect for our Family of 18, Very private and easy access to the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect and there is so much to do in town.

This is an amazing spot! The location is very close to the beach and the house is immaculate. Our car GPS had trouble finding the address but there was no problem using phone Maps. They have literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I especially liked how well everything is organized and labeled to be useful. The game room was perfect for a family getaway. When you aren't at the beach (a few min walk) or in town (a few min drive) there was something for everyone to do. The adults enjoyed playing pool while the kids played video games (there is an XBOX and children's toys). We were also kept up to date with information with helpful text communications and responded to instantly when we had a question, even offering to have someone take a look at one the games that wasn't working (we declined as there was so much to do there already). Checkin and checkout was simple without issue and everything went ideally. Hot tub was very relaxing. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We felt right at home here and so did our dog. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again. Very dog friendly, lots of fun things to do inside the home and just a short walk to the beach.

Our family had a great time and the 3 and 6 year old granddaughters loved the toys. Loved the privacy.

We loved it at the Knole house! Our family came for a rainy spring break and had a wonderful time just hanging around the house. The beach access was great, the game room a blast, but my favorite was the kitchen. They had everything we wanted to cook for a large group.

Vacay started with clam dig cancelled and Covid preventing part of family from traveling. But when the remaining guests arrived at house, we were very pleased. We quickly booked a crab boat trip and settled in for a great time. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. Beds very comfy. Perfect place for many people. We’ll rebook when we can all get together again.

This home lives large! Fully stocked kitchen large enough for 3 cooks to all work comfortably together. The beds were comfortable and the game room was awesome entertainment for the young and old. The stained glass throughout the home is magnificent! Couple of small things could use attention: The knob on the pantry was completely off and sitting on the kitchen counter when we first entered. There were missing screens on several windows where it would have been nice to open them and get some fresh air. There were no steak knives! In a fully loaded kitchen, this was a huge oversight and unfortunately we didn't notice it until after we had barbecued our steaks. Lastly, several of the blinds in the home are broken making them impossible to open or close. All and all, gorgeous home and we will be back. We had amazing stay at the Knole house. We rented both properties the house and guest house. It fit it us all perfectly. The beach access was the best. You also got to see wildlife daily, deer, birds and bald eagles. We can't wait for our next family vacation. We are defiantly staying here again.

We came to celebrate our my Mother's Day weekend. It was just amazing and everyone was so helpful and the house was just beyond amazing. We will be back for sure!!1

This house was a very nice house! The kitchen had everything you needed and more plenty of dishes and silverware too so we didn't have to run the dish washer after every meal like a lot of places we have stayed at. We enjoyed the game room and we didn't even have kids with us. We used the hot tub a lot, but would have even more if it was covered as it rained all weekend. Loved all the antiques and stained glass. Plenty of room for us and the dogs, we hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Knole House over the Labor Day weekend. The views, proximity to the beach and general layout were the highlights. The hot tub had not been maintained but as soon as we notified Bloomers the maintenance person drained, cleaned and prepped it for use. Our grandchildren spent a lot of time enjoying all of the games in the play area. There were a few repairs that needed to be made e.g., downstairs bed only lifts on one side. An area for improvement was cleanliness. The outdoor grill was filthy, the floors had not been cleaned, the kitchen vent was coated with grease. If I were a neat freak that would have been a major issue but all of the other benefits of the home outweighed it.

The garage area is a game room! One door leads to the well-furnished kitchen with a small dining area overlooking the grass, sand, and then ocean. The other door leads to the unique upstairs bedroom that has 4 single beds in cubicles. Back the kitchen, connected is a formal dining room and a large living room + a large bedroom and huge bath with a shower. Upstairs from the living room are bedrooms, one with a balcony and a sitting area. The house is filled with beautiful stained glass. There is a piano!

We love staying at the Knole House. This time we also rented the Knole Guest House as we have 12 adults 7 children and 4 dogs. We like the amenities from the hot tub, short trail to the beach, sand pit, playground, large workable kitchen, several eating area, game room and privacy of the property.

This house was everything we’d prayed it would be. Really enjoyed the space so much. The views are incredible and we didn’t waste one minute!!! The house had everything we needed for my chef daughter and wife to cook together for the first time in 3.5 yrs. They couldn’t have been happier!!! Being able to bring my daughters dog made the difference!!

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean, just a short walk to the beach. The kid's had a great time in the entertainment room as did the adults. the house is well equipped from the coffee bar to the kitchen and the double oven and gas range is a nice touch. we very much enjoyed the hot tub at night. The customer service and interaction with staff of Bloomer was excellent. In all we had an amazing time at the knole house and would stay with Bloomer Estates again.

This was the perfect ocean vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed (game room, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, toys for the kids, incredible views and a wonderful playground. We had a wonderful 3-generation getaway at Knole House this week! The kitchen was enormous and super well-stocked with equipment, and the gas range was so much fun to use! Our 5-year-old and 20-month-old LOVED all the toys in the playroom, and the playground, and the whole family made great use of the rec room during the rain. We took advantage of the lovely walk to the beach with the kids and our dog, spending sunny day's making sandcastles, chasing waves and watching for deer and eagles. We ate lunch the sunny picnic tables on the porch!

Both sets of stairs were a little steep for little ones, so we had to rig up some barriers, along with a provided wooden baby gate, just in case. It took awhile for the house to warm up on cold days, but the owners/management team promptly walked us through any questions/instructions.

The separate quiet spaces around the house worked beautifully for online kindergarten, connecting with our offices, and just having a quiet space for awhile. We've already recommended this house to friends!

We love the Knole house. We've been going for many years. We loved the new additions and upgrades to the house.
The upstairs bedroom mattress was uncomfortable for those that stayed in that room. We had 3 dogs, which we know is a lot, but the cost seemed overly expensive. Over 500 dollars. I totally understand the need to charge for animals, but I think a compromise for the length of time we stayed, might be a thought.

I keep coming back to the Knole House and it never disappoints. I've shared this vacation home with several friends and family over the past 5 years and I love the upgrades. The home is so well cared for, clean, well stocked and comfortable. In all my stays, I've never needed to contact the managers. However, this time I was looking for the clam guns and the managers had them there within the hour. Super people and awesome service. This is the first time I've ever gotten to try clamming and it was a blast!!!
We all enjoyed the new games added to the game room, and my personal favorite, the hot tub. Close to town, and the private path to the beach, this house has it all! Already planning my next trip.

We rented this property for our sons 3rd Bday party. It was amazing. The local fire chief even gave my son a ride on the firetruck! Property management people are amazing and on hand constantly. They even allowed us to blow up a bouncy house for the kids! The walk to beach only takes 3-5 minutes and the views from the house are amazing! The pictures truly do this property no justice! Was such a magical time and we we will be returning for certain! Only complaint is that some of the hot tub jets didnt work.

We had a wonderful time with our family at the Knole House. The location was perfect with a great view and short walk to the beach. The home was really nice.
The only things that could be improved were the cleanliness when we arrived. There were also a few things that needed to be fixed.
I would have like to have a floor plan of the house indicating the number of beds in each room so that we could figure out the sleeping arrangements before we got there.
Overall, we made some wonderful family memories and I would recommend it to others.

The perfect place for a Ladies Getaway. This was the third time I have rented The Knole House and it never disappoints. I wanted to share this wonder house with my friends. We all had a great time visiting the local shops and tried out a couple of restaurants. So much to see and do in a very short drive. Loved the hot tub and the peace of the beach. There were 20 of us...beds for everyone between the main house and guest house. Both were beautiful and private and the surroundings are breathtaking. I had a few questions while there and the property manager responded immediately. The location is only 5 minutes driving from town and only three minutes walking through the dunes to the beautiful beach. Our weather was also the best! Overall our experience was delightful!

We have used bloomer estates rentals in the past. This is one of the nicer larger homes we have rented. There are some areas they were still fixing ie door jams , some walls. The kids room was great( hides the grandchildren’s mess) but a bit away if the children are too young. Short walk to the beach,wonderful views for those who can’t walk far. No beach stickers so you can go barefoot (some rentals have them). If you have a larger group of people who want a comfortable well stocked home. This will most definitely fit your needs

We love Bloomer Estates! We've stayed with them in 2 different houses over the last three summers and every time they have been exceedingly kind and responsive to our needs. When a doorknob broke at our last house they sent out a lovely young man to fix it within an hour. All the houses are very clean, well equipped and generous with cooking utensils, toys, games, linens, etc. Haven't booked any other company since we found Bloomer Estates!!! Book with them you will not regret it!!!

Nice, big place. Nicely decorated. Great play room in garage. The bedroom above the garage was a little too far away for our youngest - too far from mom. It looks like they are finishing up some remodeling as there is some painting to finish up and the front screen door is missing. All in all we are very happy with this home.

This was my second stay at Knole House. The house is so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The convenience of a washer and dryer is invaluable. The location is great. I personally love the hot tub. Easy access to the beach. I really can’t wait to go back.

Great house and guest house for 14 people ranging in age from 4 to 68. Fully equipped house and very clean. Loved the game room! The jacuzzi was leaking, so we had to keep filling it with water, but it still worked and served our purposes. Our daughter got stuck in the downstairs bathroom by the master bedroom because of the old door knobs, so those should be changed. We really enjoyed our stay at the Knole House. Would definitely come back again.

Our group of 8 had a very enjoyable four night stay at Knole House. The home is nicely equipped. There were 3 bedrooms that worked very well for couples. There was a fun dormitory style bedroom as well. The weather was so gorgeous during our late October stay that we never used the entertainment amenities. We were outside almost all day. The walk to the beach is short, easy and a lovely stroll. We ended up cooking "at home" many more meals than we planned to because the kitchen was so well equipped. It would be nice to have a firepit on the patio for the evenings, but that is the only thing I can suggest as a desirable amenity to add. This visit provided a chance for college friends to reunite and we have some great memories to treasure from this trip.

This is the second rental we have stayed at in Long Beach. Loved the kitchen, it was large enough for all of us to cook together (had everything we needed) and including an ocean view. We noticed that the grass was cut down and that enabled us to always view the ocean from the bottom floor of the house. We come to the ocean to listen to the waves as much as enjoy the beach itself and if the window was open or you stepped outside you could hear the waves. Thank you to the property management. Considering many families rent this house on a yearly basis it was perfect and Kathleen was helpful. Hope to be back next year!!

Love love LOVE this house! Gorgeous views from every room! beautifully furnished, private, quiet, short stroll to beach.. Loved the game room w/pool table, ping pong, dart board...lots of funs stuff provided for both little kids and big kids. WIFI was great, the smart TVS awesome, bathrooms well stocked, kitchen well stocked, awesome hot tub. Just cant say enough good things about this place and CANT wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

We vacation with another family each year at the knole house. The beach is so close and every person young and old loves to walk down. Bring your own binoculars (several) everyone will want to be watching the eagles and fishing boats.

The house itself is wonderful with every amenity you may need. The new hot tub is very nice.

Game room keeps kids 5-15 occupied for hours on rainy days.

We had a family getaway at the Knole house and could not have been happier. The website photos do not do justice to the beauty and style of this home. With terrible weather on the coast, we were kept happy and busy with all the amenities, including the stocked kitchen and rec room. I have to really thank Chandy. We had a tornado alert one night and she was there to answer the phone at 3am with information on where to go in the house for safety. Hope to visit again in the future!

Absolutely love this place - plenty of room for 3 kids and so happy we could bring our dog. The pool table and giant dart board and basketball in the garage was well used, the short trail to the beach was appreciate and this house is very close to the town area and the discovery trail. Biked from this house to the trail - loved it!

This is the fourth year we have rented the Knole house for a family clam digging vacation. It is the perfect place to come together with key beach access, entertainment for teenagers, great kitchen for big family dinners and plenty of space for everyone.

The Knole House has everything anyone would need for the perfect beach vacation! Fully stocked with appliances large and small the kitchen is a dream, sleeping areas are comfortable, and our big kids loved the game room! Very private location but just minutes to town, this was a great weekend!

Vacation was great, we had an amazing time.
