Managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals on the Washington Coast, The Nest (formerly known as Sweet Dreams) invites you to step into rustic charm and timeless comfort. This cozy 400 sq. ft. bungalow, built in the 1940s and thoughtfully remodeled in May '25, is nestled just one block from the beach and downtown Long Beach.

This warm and welcoming retreat is perfect for couples or young families looking to relax and explore. Enjoy easy walks to local restaurants, shops, and the famous Long Beach boardwalk where Willapa Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Cape Disappointment are just a ~10-minute drive. After a day of coastal adventures, unwind on your deck, stream your favorite shows on the 50" Samsung smart TV, or curl up with a cup of locally sourced coffee.

To help maintain a peaceful, allergen-free space for all guests, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home so we can keep our freshly remodeled bungalow exceptionally clean and comfortable (A $500 fee applies if this policy is not followed.)

Pet-Free Property. To maintain a peaceful, allergen-free space, please leave furry friends at home. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Beach Towels Included: We’ve got you covered with plush beach towels perfect for your coastal adventures—just grab one and hit the shore!

Little Children Welcomed: Children 2 and under do not count toward occupancy limits. A Pack ’n Play is provided in-unit, along with children’s plates, cups, and silverware. Highchair and child gate available upon request.

Free Parking: Parking available for one car (no garage). Additional public parking located along Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE.

Connectivity and Entertainment: 50" Samsung Frame TV, High-speed Wi-Fi, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, wireless device charging pads on either side of the king bed with books, USB A & C charging outlet in breakfast nook and puzzles, and a cribbage set for cozy nights.

Coffee On Us! (complimentary locally sourced coffee!): With Coffee pot, french press, grinder, electric kettle—all included for your perfect morning cup.

Full Bathroom: Cozy yet comfortable, the bathroom features a stand-in shower and reflects the charm of this 1940s bungalow. Towels, shampoo and body soap are provided

Beach, Trails & Location: Just a short walk to the beach and downtown Long Beach—shops, restaurants, museums, and the boardwalk are all steps away.

Enjoy beachcombing and kite flying right outside your door, with direct access to the Discovery Trail for biking and walking. Scenic adventures await nearby, including hikes at Cape Disappointment State Park [~3 miles, ~7 min], birdwatching at Willapa National Wildlife Refuge [~5 miles, ~10 min], and exploring historic Fort Canby [~6 miles, ~15 min].

Laundry: No washer/dryer on site but 24-hour self-service laundromat is a 5min drive in Seaview.

House Rules: Smoke-Free (including vape pens), Pet-Free, No events, parties, or large gatherings
