Nestled at the end of a serene residential street, these oceanfront duplex homes have been beloved short-term rentals for over a decade. A 3-minute stroll through a scenic trail leads you to the pristine beach. When rented together, these homes create a spacious 3400 square foot, 6-bedroom, dog-friendly retreat spanning three stories. Enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, the Long Beach Peninsula boardwalk, and the distant North Head lighthouse. With beach access within 50 yards and downtown Long Beach a short 5-minute walk away, your coastal escape awaits.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. These homes are Dog-Friendly for up to 4 well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.

Check-in/out:

The two townhouses come fully equipped with all the amenities listed below.

• Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed with twin on top and bottom, 2nd bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom.
• bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Each has 2 ½ Bathrooms for a combined 6 bathrooms :
• 3rd Floor: Shower/Tub combo, double vanity
• 2nd Floor: Single vanity and toilet
• 1st Floor: Shower/Tub Combo, single vanity

Kitchen Amenities in each home:
• Appliances: Microwave, blender, food processor, electric grill, toaster, crockpot, toaster, hand mixer, Foreman grill.
• Cooking: pots and pans, frying pans, mixing bowls, salad spinner, roasting pan, casserole dishes
• Baking: muffin tin, cookie sheets, cake pan, rolling pin, pie dishes, loaf pan, wet & dry measuring cups, measuring spoons

If you need room for up to 46 people, you may consider reserving our other homes on the same street. SEA-ESTA sleeps 10, and right next door is Seas the Day, which sleeps 10, and across the street, Beach Time On 5th sleeps 10 as well.
