Pets:
• Sorry, absolutely no pets.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine. They will be seen on the security cameras, and we may ask you to vacate the premises.

Parking:
• Driveway accommodates two cars; on-street parking is not allowed
• Garage can accommodate one small compact vehicle.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
