Beach Access:
• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the closest public beach access
• Beach access is at the Seaview Beach Approach
• 5-minute drive to downtown Long Beach
• 25-minute drive to Astoria, Oregon

Pets:
• This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• Dog crate, dog dishes, and a dog bed available
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Garage is not accessible to guests

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy. Travel crib available.

• Fast Free Wi-Fi available
• Two Smart TVs (55” living room, 32” master bedroom
• Guests can log in with their own streaming subscriptions or access LiveTV options without logging in.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• There is a $15 fee for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.
