Beach Access:
• 5-minute walk to the beach
• Direct access to the beach between buildings 8 and 9.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs
• Pet fee: $25 per dog, per night (plus taxes)
• Undeclared pets will incur a $500 fee
• Off-leash dog area available within the community

Parking:
• 2 cars allowed in complex parking lot by permit
• Street parking is also available across the street from the condos along Ocean Ave
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: high chair and plastic serving dishes available.
• Assortment of books and puzzles for children from 2 years to teenagers
