The Seahawk Ocean Front Oasis

SOFO is a very special property. The house is beautiful, private, a 10 minute pastoral walk through the dunes to the beach....not far from the cute town of Long Beach. There are many spaces to enjoy: the west facing covered porch was wonderful and we especially liked the upstairs "den" with a gas fireplace, upstairs deck and expansive view of the ocean. The dog amenities are so great! Blankets, towels, bowls, beds, toys, pillows and wraps. The kitchen is lovely: lots of pans, dishes, and enormous crock pot, glasses, some spices, some saran wrap/foil, utensils, good knives, platters and other items. It is incredibly well stocked. We loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen: a huge gas grill and a kamado egg-type grill. It was fun to cook under the covered porch in the misty-rain. The linens and towels, plus soaps, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were a plus. I could go on - and Robbie and staff were amazing and responsive to all of my questions. Will be back!

Loved staying at the house! Walkable right to the beach and nice and quiet

Beautiful house just a short walk from the beach. The home is larger than we expected based on the photos. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. The property is managed by Bloomer Estates Property Management and Vacation Rentals.The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the decks while watching the ocean, dunes, and local wildlife. The binoculars on a stand were a thoughtful addition. There was plenty of comfortable seating on both the upper and lower decks.We were delighted to see a couple of deer walking through the dunes near the house. The hot tub is located in a private area, making it a great place to relax. The upstairs game room was exactly as pictured and provided a fun space for everyone to enjoy.

Fantastic house in an incredible location. Well laid out for our family party of 6 - 3 couples. The game room was fabulous with a pool table our adult children loved. The house has lots of spaces for sitting either in groups or solo, inside and out. Beautiful views of the water, wonderful porch seating both on the first and second floor. Walking down to the beach and walking for miles is all the recreation we needed. Our kids are great cooks and found every possible utensil in the kitchen! Would really recommend as a place to stay and we will definitely stay here when we come back to the beach in Long Beach. Great communication with property management, which is local and very helpful. We loved it!

Really fantastic property - the pictures actually don't even do it justice. The house is so spacious, the proximity to the beach easy, and the house is stocked with everything you could need.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels. Loved our time spent there! Will definitely go back and definitely recommend this house to others!

Bloomers Estates for the win. After staying here anything they have described I’ll believe. Amazing location but their management of their properties is clearly top notch. Well amenitied kitchen and the house was the same. If you needed it besides food and drink it was already there. This particular house is one my family and I plan on returning to. It’s exactly the private comfortable place with amazing views and yet still close to town that we wanted to find. Add in pet friendly with the gated side area and it checked all the boxes. The Bloomers Estates people also checked all the boxes for responsiveness (had a minor issue with garage door on arrival that was promptly handled and not anything that was their fault) and foresight to make sure we had a seamless experience. I truly can’t say enough good things about the property or the management. It may seem expensive but you truly get your value here.

This beach getaway was exactly what we needed. Gorgeous views of the water, with lots of amenities provided in the home. You could easily never leave this place for your entire stay! We are incredibly thankful to have experienced this beautiful home, and plan to return in the future!

Overall we loved our stay and the house really is even nicer than the pictures. It was the cleanest I've ever stayed in even with pets and the management company was incredibly responsive. The biggest pros - plenty of room to spread out, fenced backyard for pups, the hot tub and fire pit were amazing, really short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, so many towels, dog beds and bowls and toys, well appointed kitchen and plenty of plates and cookware. Really so many great amenities. Things to know as you go - the master bedroom has 0 window coverings and the upper guest bedroom has blinds in only half of the windows; this meant with the spring sun we were up at 5-6am every day which was a bummer. We genuinely loved the stay, being prepared would've helped us that little bit more though. I can't say enough how clean the place was and how much we appreciate how response you all were. Property was very nice, and very close to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Almost went away from this place because there were no reviews, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! The view and beach accessibility were amazing! The house was beautiful with so many amenities. The host and staff prepared the house well and were friendly and easy to communicate with. A weekend to remember, I plan to go back in the future!

This was the perfect place for a low-key long weekend getaway! It's also one of the most dog-friendly places we've ever stayed! Not just a fenced yard; they have dog bowls, dog towels, and dog beds in most rooms. I'll definitely be coming back!

Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking pans, pots and small tools. My family of four fit right in. We will definitely be checking availability here when coming back to Long Beach.

Just perfect. Wish I could stay FOREVER. So lucky to have stayed here! We went clam digging! Crabbing! We cooked, we relaxed, we shopped downtown! We enjoyed the view from every room. We enjoyed walking barefoot on the beach! Our dog had the best time and unfortunately it will probably be the last trip with our dog, he’s dying. It is and will be a treasured family memory. We all just loved it. Worth the money!

Great place

This house was perfect. We celebrated our daughter’s 2nd birthday here for a long weekend. The house and the location was perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. This house is amazing

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful 3 bedroom house with views of the ocean. There was plenty of space for four people, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to cook meals. In just a short walk, you are on the beach! Ample blankets, fireplaces and the outdoor fire pit and hot tub added comfort to our winter stay. The host was very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this accommodation. It is one of the best we’ve stayed on the coast.

Best place at Long Beach, by far!!

My family had a wonderful time in Long Beach! The home was beautiful, spotless and perfect for fun & relaxing. We had the best time and we can’t wait to come back!

I would absolutely recommend this home for anyone traveling to Long Beach. The best Airbnb we have stayed in. They provided everything we needed for our trip and more. The private beach path allows you to walk to the ocean in 2 minutes. You wake up and watch the ocean waves from bed. Between walks on the beach, you can enjoy relaxing in the bright ocean facing living rooms with binoculars, books, or games that are all provided. View the sunset from the porches or the beach. The game room is a great place to hang out after dark or during stormy weather. Cook up meals in the immaculate kitchen or drive a few minutes to town for good food. There are plenty of dog beds and amenities for pups including a fenced yard. The house is so clean and beautifully prepared. Everything about this place is a dream! We can’t wait to stay here again!
