Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• $15/hour early check-in or late checkout fee. Call 24 hours prior for availability.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.
• Dog bowls (4), dog toys, dog blankets, dog towels, dog beds(6), and dog leashes (3)

Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars
• Space to park boat or trailer on driveway

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: high chair, baby gate, toys, and plastic serving dishes available.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom features a king bed.
• Bedroom 2: Downstairs bedroom features a Queen Bed.
• Bedroom 3: Bedroom features a king bed.
• Bonus: Living room pull-out sofa bed, plus an additional pull-out sofa upstairs in the sitting area for extra guests.
