Perfect for our family stay in Longbeach. Highly recommend for families. Lots of room, great outdoor area. Close to town. Lots of games and puzzles for rainy/windy spring days.

Wonderful location close to the end of a road with beach access. Walk to the beach was quite manageable. Home was large with plenty of space to stretch out. Lot’s of stairs! Primary suite on the 3rd floor doesn’t have a full height wall so can get noisy if others are making noise in the morning. Really small inconveniences that did not affect our stay at all, great spot with a good host.

My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The house is near the beach but also close to shopping and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the future and making even more awesome family memories.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The house is huge, the layout is great, we had 8 people staying and probably had enough room for 8 more no issue! Super close to all of the downtown strip, literally 2 mins to the beach and yet it still provides a quiet private feel. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! The host and their team are top notch! Super friendly, helpful and attentive. We only reached out for a couple questions but the response time was basically instant and they were super helpful and polite. We are coming back to town in June and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! Huge thanks to the Host and Team!!!!

Seas the day was a perfect house for a coastal clamming getaway! The close proximity to the beach was awesome, we were able to walk to clam! The house was spacious for our group (4 couples) and had plenty of amenities to keep us occupied, we loved the game room with ping pong and football. The large screen tv was also a bonus for us football lovers, although beware that there are no network channels available- you will need to stream to get the main networks for sports. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make group meals! Thanks for hosting us, we will definitely be back!!

Loved the little patio with fire table. Great for happy hour and listening to music.Nice big living room with comfortable recliner couches and big screen TV.

Perfect location to beach and town access. Only thing I might recommend deep cleaning of hardwood floors from time to time. They look very clean, but walking around in bare feet got pretty dirty quickly. (just where slippers or socks ;) But I would stay there again.

This place was incredibly close to the beach and still walking distance to downtown. Beautiful location. The house is laid out in a way that it can feel like you have space from others. One bedroom even has a separate entrance and is attached to the garage. The kids loft with toys was a hit for our kids. Many of the toys were plastic/required finding all the pieces to make sense so many toys were sort of unusable. My kids didn’t really care though. Lots of big duplo legos and regular. The kitchen was well stocked. I was absolutely amazed at finding a cheese slicer (which I meant to bring from home

Four generation family and dog Max enjoyed this spacious house which has absolutely everything needed for you to enjoy an extended get away in Long Beach. Our weather was perfect which allowed us to walk the trail to the beach and see the sites in town. Location is perfect. House fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Our family tradition is to share home cooked meals in the dining room. Cards and games are played throughout the day. The youngest in our group enjoyed the play room. Adults enjoyed the game room with foos ball, ping pong and darts. Lots of towels and linens. We had a lovely time!

The amenities that the house provided allowed for family connect from breaking bread, beach walk, multiple activities (foosball, darts, table tennis, XBox, and a little college football). There is enough space for some to chill, play and engage to their hearts content or .... highly recommend this space.

This home worked out great for our family as my husband and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary! Everybody had room to spread out and enjoy privacy too. Close to the beach and downtown. Staff support with a couple issues was outstanding. As far as the home, it was a bit difficult for my husband, who is on a walker. There was no landing at the front door, just an awkward, narrow step. The main living room stepped down to the kitchen and dining area. It was all the same flooring, with no contrast, so not easy to see the steps, especially for seniors. Once we got used to that we really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 7 people stay and the home was large enough that you didn't feel cramped. Our grandkids loved the great room and the bikes. Short walk to the beach, short bike ride to town. The home was fully stocked. The only negative was that there was no empty cupboards to store the food we brought. We definitely would love to stay here again. Next time we are staying longer, our time went to fast.

Seas the a day is a beautiful home. It’s very large with a lot of room especially for families. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and there are a lot of toys plus ping pong. The home is very close to the discovery trail and to downtown Long Beach. We would stay here again in the future.

My family loved staying at the Seas the Day house. It’s huge and has every amenity! The game room and huge TVs were a big hit for the kids. The bedrooms are gorgeous and best of all it’s super close to the ocean. It has a good ocean view from the top deck. Bloomers was great to work with. Dabra is a gem and I appreciate all of her communication with me before and during our stay. We will be back!

Very comfortable house just steps from the beach. Nice big dining room table. Big screen TV streaming only. Wanted to watch NFL games on Sunday but no broadcast or cable TV access. Bedroom in garage could use a bigger water heater. Overall great experience. Will rent again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the day home. Three private bedrooms add a fourth area with a queen bed and two Twin beds. Only downside is the room with a queen and two twins does not allow privacy if you have four adult couples because it is a loft. The home was newish, very well-maintained and cleaned, perfect location adjacent to the beach and the paved walking/bike riding path. Easy walk to downtown. House was very well stocked. A couple things that we needed were very quickly Brought to us. A major appliance failure was noted when we checked in, and that appliance was replaced with an hours. We were very impressed by this. We have already reserved the home for next fall because we liked it so much.

We had a great time, property is well laid out, great communication from property management. Lots of space to play, relax, gather and enjoy!

The property needs some TLC and to be upgraded as it is warn, carpets in living area were stained and when replaced soon should just be done in hard surface as it is a main thorough fare. There was a some prior broken remnants of fountain and other equipment strewn around the property that adds no value. There was mold in the bathroom of the garage suite.

There are some general updating and maintenance items mentioned in prior recent reviews that are still outstanding. We also found some towels in the master were ripped and need to be replaced. Refrigerator (has a note that ice and water does not operate), handle on sliding glass door in the game room needs to be fixed.

Seas The Day is a great vacation rental for families. The house is very large with more than enough space for our large group. The game room was a hit with the kids and the location is absolutely ideal. Very close to the beach and to town. The only reason for not giving the property 5 stars for general condition was that the house was starting to show its age. Some appliances did not work (lower oven, ice maker, etc) which created some cooking challenges but we were able to compromise and made use of the very large grill. Some window screens were missing or badly torn and the sliding door handle was broken. All fairly minor issues but the house could use some general maintenance.

My family and I rented 3 homes to accommodate all of us. There were 26 in our group with 6 of them being children. All three homes were large enough for us to congregate in for meals, visiting and playing games. It was nice to walk across the street and r next door when the evening was ver.
All the homes were kept up well and it was very relaxing. All of us enjoyed how close to the beach and town we were. Having vacationed together over the last eight years this was by far the best experience.
The staff at Bloomer Estates was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions quickly and with a sense of humor which I appreciated. We only had one problem in one house with the kitchen sink, which we were able to get a solution for the next day. Unfortunately when I called the emergency after hours number about the leak nobody answered and no one called back that night.
Overall it was a great stay! The only suggestion I would have would be to have another garbage can. One of the houses the garbage was mostly full when we arrived.

My family met up at this amazing home just a walk to the beach, and we had such a great time. The house is HUGE and was perfect for our family with young school-aged children. We loved playing ping pong and borrowing the (adult and child-sized) bikes available in the garage. Biking along the ocean path is so blissful if you get a sunny day. My only regret was finding out on the last day (not sooner) how to operate the built-in speakers throughout the home (pro tip: old school CD player in master bedroom). All in all - highly recommend and we will return.

Our grandchildren have so many wonderful memories and it is something that they really look forward to doing each year

This was our 2nd year in a row renting Seas The Day with our extended family. It’s rare to find a place that makes such a large group (we had 10 among 3 generations) satisfied but this place truly meets everyone’s needs. Lots of space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, & so many entertainment options including the loft with many toys that the children have endearingly named Kid Heaven. The classic grown-up fun with the ping pong/foosball tables & immense DVD library along with some puzzles/games were awesome (we didn’t even have time for the XBox, soooo many options!). We also love the assortment of bikes & this year just made sure to bring an air pump & tools to tune a few up before riding. The place felt clean upon arrival & the location can’t be beat - just a short walk to the Discovery Trail, beach, & Scoopers for ice cream. Especially during tumultuous times, we really appreciate how responsive the manager Kathleen was to email/text/phone questions. The place is well-run & allows us to book future stays with much so that we have already planned next summer’s stay!

We rented Seas the day and the neighboring house Sea-Este for our family of 16 adults and 7 children. The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The living and dinning areas were a good size and we could all sit around in one place together. Also having several areas to gather was a help. I would rent this house again.

Good place to finally get the entire family together for vacation. Large home close to the beach, town and had plenty of space and amenities for us to enjoy. We had one minor question and when we emailed Bloomer Estates they replied right away and took care of us. Do to the Covid 19 situation we weren't sure we would be able to use our reservations but they keep us updated on what was happening and the guide lines they had to follow. It opened up in time and they had the house ready to go.

We had a great holiday family stay. The house was cozy, great location.,fully stocked, quiet, l would recommend it and would stay there again.

This is probably one of my favorite rental houses, unlike a lot of them I could find nothing wrong or broken, everything we needed was in good working order and we hosted a family dinner for 39 people. There was plenty of room and we had a great time. I will be back.

The only issue we found was the layout of the home, having 3 bedrooms upstairs with only one bathroom was a little inconvenient. The other bathrooms were downstairs one in the bedroom and the 2nd one right next door. lots of space in this house was great.

This house was totally perfect for our large group! It was very clean and spacious. The beds and couches were comfortable and not worn out (which I've seen in many rentals before). There were ample large gathering spaces. The list of amenities was impressive, more stuff than we needed or wanted even. The location was great, right on the beach on a quiet street super close to town. Overall a great place that we would definitely rent again!

First, the location couldn't be better. Short walk to bike path and beach and only a little longer walk to town. Next the house is lovely with large spaces for indoor activities. Great movie library. Lots of bikes to use on bike path which parallels the beach for miles. Well outfitted kitchen. The managers are extremely responsive to requests.

Very comfortable home for a family beach weekend. More than enough room for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped, including things like a rice cooker and waffle iron which we used. Location was close to the beach and town. Nice surprise to have bicycles to use on the beach trail. Beach towels and chairs all provided for our use. We found the home clean and comfortable and would stay here again. Management was accommodating with slightly early check-in, late check-out times. One suggestion for improvement is that they could use a better quality gas grill for barbecuing.
