The home is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump and controller for primary heating and cooling, while each room also features a cadet heater for added comfort during cooler coastal evenings.

One of the highlights of Surfers Landing is the beautiful wraparound deck, offering the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in stunning sunrise views and glimpses of the Cascade Mountain Range on clear days. The property sits near the local airport, and guests often enjoy watching small aircraft approach and land nearby. Kids especially love waving to the pilots from the deck. Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• $15/hour early check-in or late checkout fee. Call 24 hours prior for availability.

Beach Access:
• Approximately 5-minute drive to the beach

Pets:
• Sorry, no pets are allowed at this house.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking is available for 2 to 3 vehicles on the right side of the home.
• Please park only in the designated area and note that RVs, campers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: Highchair, kids' toys, and board games

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds

Bathroom:
• Bathroom 1: Features a walk-in shower.

Wi-Fi, TVs, and Consoles:
• Roku Smart TV 32” in the living room
• Fast Wi-Fi
• Guests can log in to their favorite streaming services, including Netflix, using their own accounts.
