House was very nice and had many activities just in the house itself. Easy walk to the beach from the house as well. I also appreciated there being garbage bags and paper towels readily available. Overall a great experience.

This is our 2nd year at this rental, both times a week stay. The house is always clean and well stocked. We love the area, so much to do, even in the winter! We also love this house!

The house is a bit funky and the bedrooms are small, but overall it is very functional. Kitchen reasonably equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location is great and the 'complex' around the house was super. Plenty for the kids to do with the play structure, soccer court, tetherball and toys. Great place for a large group. We will likely return.

Our three generation family has returned to Surf View 3 and Surf View 1 year after year. These next door properties can accommodate us well. We like the quiet location a few miles from town and a relatively short walk to the beautiful beach. The Bloomer Estates staff are always friendly, accessible and responsive to our needs, for example, our request for non-allergenic cleaning products prior to our stay. Every year we find new improvements and upgrades. We love the well stocked kitchen, a second refrigerator and having a hot tub available at Surf View 3. Our stay is always enjoyable.

We rented Surf 1,2,3 Great spot 3 homes on one lot. Room to play and relax. Dog friendly. Good hike to the beach. Saw many bunnies and 2 bald eagles.

Do not recommend for individuals with any mobility issues. One step to enter but steps throughout the house. No way to avoid steps. Kitchen with everything needed. Fantastic deck. Outlets need to be replaced. Beds comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time at this home. We'll stocked and plenty of room.

This is our favorite beach house in WA when meeting up with family. We love all the bedrooms, game room, and all the places to gather in the house including the deck. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and there are two fridges, which just makes everything easier. The wifi is strong which makes it nice when you have a big group. We love to play sand volleyball, frisbee golf and make a fire for roasting marshmallows. We love that it is a quick walk to the beach and a short drive into town. It checks all the boxes and that's why we keep coming back.
Also, the property managers are very responsive and easy to work with.

This is our second stay at Surfview 2&3 and it was great to see the updates on both properties. Both locations are very comfortable and have entertainment for young and "mature" I would recommend to others who are looking for a comfortable place to gather together.
We had fun visiting the local distillery (Adrift) and enjoyed the Roo as well. It was rainy some of the days, but it was still an easy walk to the beach when ever the rain cleared

This 7 bedroom house was the perfect fit for our extended family to vacation in. It is full of amenities. Large kitchen with 2 large refrigerors to hold our foods and large table to eat together. We made good use of the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, large decks, volley ball court, Frisbee golf, children playhouse/slide and swings, sand box, as well as the outdoor fire pit. The ocean was a quiet walk over the dunes. The living room features a large screen TV.

We recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this house with guests from across the country. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations and activities available. The walk to the ocean is a little far for the old folks but plenty of access by car around town.

Overall, we had a really good experience. The house had plenty of space for everyone in our 9 person party to sleep, sit and relax, there were lots of toddler toys and other activities in the house and yard, both sets of neighbors renting out Surfview2 were super friendly even in the midst of COVID. There was a playroom with a basketball game, pool table, play kitchen, train table, doll house and toddler basketball hoop. The house had a pack n play and a high chair, which was nice and we didn't have to bring our own pack n play. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids on the property, and both the volleyball court in the yard as well as the playground had sand below them that the kids played in. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which doesn't sound far, but it does require planning ahead to bring toys, water bottles, snacks, etc. when you've got toddlers.

We did run into a problem where we couldn't get the string lights on the front deck to work, but BloomerEstates was very responsive and sent someone out to handle it.

The downsides of our stay were as follows:
- The stairs in the hallways with the bedroom were VERY creaky. If people in your party get up to use the bathroom, they will creak.
- The house description said there was free Hulu Live TV, but they didn't leave any login information at the house and it wasn't logged in already. We could have reached out via email (they were VERY responsive to email), but kind of felt that information should have been left at the house. It also said there was Netflix, but I'm pretty sure the previous renters had logged in using their own information and just not logged out since there were like 4 users.
- The grass outside had prickers in it. Very painful on bare feet. Made us want to remove shoes in the mudroom to avoid getting them in the house.

This is one of the few affordable beach rentals which can accommodate our group of 10, 7 adults and 3 children ages 8, 6 and 3. The kitchen is well appointed, everything you could possible want for cooking meals on site. Clean and comfortable. Playroom, hot tub and outside play equipment nice additions to our time on the beach and in town. Loved our stay and will be back.

We have rented for the past 10+ years and found this aGREAT house for a large group. The Kitchen is well stocked with all possible gadgets you will need, but it could a few mixing bowls and a large platter for serving purposes. Cable TV would be a nice addition as well.
We appreciated having 7 bedrooms for a little privacy. Would recommend for large groups, or a great girls weekend getaway!

We had a Wonderful Stay in this Family FRIENDLY Home! 9 adults, 1 teen, and 5 littles 5 & under. 7 bedrooms to spread out families! The playroom and LARGE Deck... so much room to play and enjoy! Ping-pong, Hot Tub, BBQ, Well Stocked Kitchen... everything made this the Right Rental for our Family Celebration! ( managment was VERY QUICK to reply :) ).

We rented both 2 and 3 for a large family get-together and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their space or be together. For being pet friendly and at the beach the properties were exceptionally clean! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty for kids to do both inside and out.

Our entire family which included our adult children, spouses and grandchilden were able celebrate birthdays, Mom's retirement, special family momnets and just spend 4 wonderful nights together at the beach. The house provided space for everyone, grand children loved the playroom and adults enjoyed the large kitchen where we spent much of our time. Access to outdoor play areas and a short private walk to the beach was a bonus. This says it all as one grandson asked his Dad, "When can we come back to this house again for 5 days?"

This was a great rental for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and the best stocked kitchen we've stayed in. Bakeware,nice pots, and many small appliances. It was a nice walk to the beach along a private path. And the hot tub was very nice and well maintained. The "playroom" was at the end off a hallway, with plenty to keep toddlers to teenagers occupied. Nice for a multi-generational family. It was an older house but very clean.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals in Long Beach over the years, along with our continually growing family. My husband and I missed having a master bedroom with bath, but this is one of very few properties that can accommodate us with our four adult children, spouses and grandkids all in one place. Surf View 3 has been nicely upgraded, very clean, comfortable and the staff is wonderful.

I was very pleased with our getaway rental . We had 6 adults and 8 children ranging in age from 18 months to 68 years old. The house was very clean. The beds all comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Overall the house was very big and homey. Loved the fireplaces and cable tv with WiFi. All we needed were our clothes and food..

The home, the property, and location were wonderful! Close to town, great restaurants, and a terrific grocery store. Lovely short walk over the dunes to the ocean. It was March and still a bit chilly, but we had a lovely 60 degree day on Saturday and our guests enjoyed arriving back from their beach strolls to a warm fire in the outdoor fire pit. The large property felt very private and serene. We had 10 cars and plenty of parking space.
Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the furniture is very comfortable.
Two of the three bathrooms are quite large, there are plenty of nice large towels and it was very convenient having 3 bathrooms with 14 adults!
The kitchen was extremely well equipped for large family meals! There were plenty of nice wine glasses and everything you would need to make a gourmet meal
They thought of everything!
The kitchen has a large picture window facing the ocean and a door that leads onto the lovely back deck with large grill and picnic table also facing the ocean/sunsets. These make it so that wether you are inside the kitchen with guests or outside on the deck with guests, everyone feels connected and you can cook, dine and gather inside and outside all while enjoying a sunset together.
The living room was a nice comfortable gathering spot, and the view of the dunes/ocean out of the large picture window was perfect on a rainy Sunday .
The 7 bedrooms were ideal for 6 couples and two singles. It was also nice having individual temperature control In each room. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated all the extra blankets in every closet!
The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our relaxing weekend!
We are all looking forward to staying again sometime soon

We rented this for a 40th anniversary party and were amazed at how well appointed the rental was, the quality of the beds, the playroom for the children, and how well stocked the kitchen was. Even details like card tables and folding chairs were invcluded, along with a coffee bar and bbq, as well as sand toys. The property managers were swift to respond to questions. We would rent here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a space to host many people.

We rent a home every year for the End of the World Rod Run,and have for several years. This is our 2nd year in this home because it's perfect! We have usually around 10-12 people and this sleeps 15. Home is large enough to not ever feel cramped. I've never found another home this big at this great price! We we're pleasantly surprised to see some really great upgrades to the house this yr! We even got to meet the owner and what a wonderful person! The house is almost right smack in the middle between Long Beach and Ocean park. Great trail and easy walking to the beach. The recreation room is awesome,new flooring, paint etc.. The best home on the peninsula for this price! We will be coming back every year if the price is around the same Love it!

It is easy to stroll and shop in Long Beach, Illwaco is close and has a nice Sat. market with vendors, also tour boats available. We were a short walk from the water and several of our ladies took advantage of that.

My family has stayed at this house 3 or 4 times in the last 4 or 5 years and just love it. Not sure when the upgrades happened as we did not stay there last year but we thought they were great. The addition of a hot tub was great! We had an issue with flying ants in the downstairs play area. The kids wouldn't go down there because of them. I know it was mentioned while we were there so I will not dwell on it. Despite the ant problem, we had a great stay and will be back again.

It's an interesting house, but perfect for a big family. Lots of levels, stairs and doorways. My elderly father had the hardest time. Small bedrooms, but really nice beds and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen has every pot, pan and utensil you will need and the table was big enough for everyone. Great path to the beach and nice big yard. We would stay here again.

Had a great time at Surfview 3. The house met our needs perfectly. It's an older home with a large amount of space for a group and was able to sleep everyone comfortably. Bloomer personnel were very fair, honest, and had great communication. Would stay in this house again.

We had our three children and their spouses and 8 grandchildren from the ages of 1 t0 15 visiting for the Labor Day weekend. It was a wonderful experience. We live only a couple miles away but our home is not big enough for this crew. There was a play and pack for the baby as well as a high chair. Toys the kids enjoyed playing with. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with the cable TV. Internet was intermittent, but that is not all bad. All in all, a wonderful Labor Day Family Gathering. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. 7 children ages 4-14 and 7 adults. The walk to the beach was long, but the same distance as other places we've stayed in long beach. The play room was great for the kids and adults. The kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable. The house itself is a little outdated but the new beds and mattresses made up for that.

As we entered Surfview 3 that we had rented for a family vacation I was a little shocked at the amount of stairs my husband was going to have to try to go up and down with his walker. The 2nd thing I noticed was how clean the house was. In the end, everything turned out fine as there was a bedroom that he only had to go up or down 2 steps to access and when he got up them the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the family room were all on the same level, so it turned out it wasn't a problem at all. We all used all of the towels and wash cloths and kitchen towels we needed with no shortage. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't want for a pot, pan, dish, etc. My only complaints were the briars growing up through the deck need to be cut, the 4 ball was missing from the pool table, and one smoke alarm was beeping continually. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room.

Our extended family of 15, ages 73 to 5, stayed for 4 nights. The rambling house was clean and comfortable. Fun game room kept preschooler and teenagers occupied while adults could break up into small groups to catch up with the each other's news. There is a decent path of about one-third mile to the beach. While you can see a sliver of the ocean from the kitchen and living room, you really need binoculars to see waves. So, Surfview is a bit of a euphemism.

I came here with our whole family. We all found this to be a perfect place for our large group. There was so much space for all of us we didn't feel like we were stepping on anyone's toes. There were also many unexpected amenities we hadn't even thought about needing, like a playpen for the baby, extra towels, dishes and coffee. Everything was here! The only minus is that there are so many places in the floor where there are different levels. The baby and the grandparents kept tripping. It seems strange that they don't build out little transition pieces. We made some temporary one's and it worked out fine. Great Stay!

We had a family vacation with our kids and grand kids. There were 9 Adults, 3 teens and 1 baby. We had plenty of room. To our surprise we always had enough HOT water for showers, dishes and laundry.

The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and in good shape. Plenty of towels, wash cloths and soap.

The kitchen was clean, well stocked and fairly roomy and we did cook every meal.

The washer and dryer were convenient and worked well.

The property itself was further from town than I had anticipated but provided us with a quiet peaceful stay.

We would like to come back again & would recommend this property to anyone needing multiple bedrooms.
