Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Living Room: Queen pull-out sofa-bed

Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1: Half bath with sink and toilet.
• Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

• High-speed internet
• Smart Roku TVs with guest mode: Guests can log in with their own streaming subscriptions or access Roku LiveTV without logging in.

• Appliances: Blender, crockpot, toaster, electric hand mixer, wok. countertop grill and electric can opener.
• Cooking: Pots and pans, frying pans, mixing bowls, strainer, roasting pan, veggie steamer, casserole dishes, platters, and cutting boards.

• Utensils: Whisks, spatulas, spoons, potato peeler, can opener, corkscrew, pizza cutter, scissors, and wooden utensils.

• 6 clam guns, 1 clam shovel, and clam buckets/bags provided and located in the outside storage closet
• 2 luggage carts available and located in the outside storage closet
• 7 beach chairs and a beach umbrella available and located in the outside storage closet.
• Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels included.
• Soaps: shampoos, conditioner, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent included.
• Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included.

• Elevator and stairs available
• Smoking is not allowed in the condo or within 25 feet of any entrance. This includes balconies. Guests in violation are subject to a $500 fine.
