April Events and Activities Long Beach Washington

Long Beach Peninsula Events and Activities Calendar for April 2024

While the April 2024 Long Beach WA Calendar of Events is a shortlist, in prior years, April was the month for the Astoria Warrenton Crab, Seafood and Wine Festival, the Oysterfest in Tokeland, Washington, and the Black Lake Fishing Derby with a free pancake breakfast and hot dog lunch. However, you don't need to wait until April 2024 for great seafood. The best fish and shellfish markets and seafood clam chowder restaurants are open all year long. We hope all of these fun activities will be back next year.  (Updated: Mar '24)

Private Art Studios here on the peninsula

The Open Studio Tours are among the best ways to see the peninsula's beauty and discover our creative members' talents. Art studios are open up and down the Peninsula through Ilwaco, Long Beach, Willapa Bay, Ocean Park, and Surfside. The art you find as your journey will differ from the villages you travel through. The Old Train Depot in downtown Long Beach may also showcase a few artists throughout the year. Several new artist studios are ready to show off their latest pieces. It's interesting to see where the artists create their art and have the chance to talk to them about their work. Most locations will be serving refreshments.

The PAA Studio art tour is a family-friendly outing and perfect for exceptional shopping.
