Even better than hoped for. Gorgeous surround bank of viewing windows of the dunes, beach, and freshwater ponds. Lots of birds. Great frog chorus at night that mingles with the sound of the waves. Completely functional kitchen and large fridge/freezer. Slept well and deeply on excellent bed. 1 1/2 baths very helpful for two people. Everything in the house worked well. Seating comfortable. Timely responses to communication.

The title says it all. Everything was about as perfect as you could hope for. Communication was awesome. Once we figured out the door knobs and windows it was even better lol. The listing doesn't say or show it that we saw - but they do have a Keurig pot as well as drip. They don't have an iron or board that we could find so that may be the only thing lacking for us. We also couldn't find the hotel carts referenced, but the elevator was always ready. Everything was well stocked, Clean. Great directions for everything. Covered parking (it rained so it was a plus). Great location and building. BUT - hands down the best aspect was the view. OMG what a view. We found ourselves sitting in the chairs just watching waves and reading. You could lose hours. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

We spent an entire week at A View from the Top and enjoyed every minute. It was a great 1 bedroom flat for coming and going around the Peninsula. The view was tremendous, access to the board walk, Discovery Trail and the beach was close and easy Communication with Bloomer was simple and accurate from booking to checkout. We hope to book through you in the future. Love the windows and the way they either open all the way up or just enough at the top to hear the ocean without the wind.

We had a great vacation at a View From the Top. Bloomer Estates kept us informed every step of the way through emails and texts. They were informative of things to do in the area. The rental was clean and there was lots of nice touches. There was not a lot of crazy thing We had to do for check out like some places. We would not only recommend the unit we stayed in but Bloomers Estates in particular.

Robbie's place was spotlessly clean, comfy, and convenient. And the view was idyllic! I loved having coffee in the recliner facing the ocean view every morning. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics I needed (just bring your own spices and cooking oil if you need those). The beach is right there down a short path. It was an easy, pleasant walk to a good variety of restaurants and shops. And the owners/managers were *excellent* at communication: they always responded promptly, they sent a message the first morning to make sure everything was going well, and they sent the check-out list on the last night so I had it handy (though the binder in the unit also has all the info you need and lots more). The place is quiet and peaceful, just the restful getaway I was hoping for. I'd love to come back!

The owner, manager and housekeeping staff really go out of their way to make this a wonderful place to say. The view is stupendous and even though you are on a much used beach, it feels really quiet and private.

The management company ensures you have everything you need. They even check in with you on your first morning to ask if all is okay.

It was such a pleasure to sit back and relax. The ocean view was just what we needed. The condo is really close to everything.

Great views in a quiet location close to the main street and beach with easy access to discovery trail. New kitchen appliances worked well and wifi was fast. Bed and couches were comfortable as well as recliners in front of expansive windows. Saw deer hanging around outside in the morning and evenings. Nice chairs on patio with small table. Was clean and had everything needed from cooking to relaxing.

Great family place! Memories were made! It was beautiful and an awesome place to stay for the weekend. The ocean is so close and we could hear the waves crashing at night while we enjoyed the fire pit and roasted s’mores before ending each night in the hot tub.

THE most fantastic property management team I've encountered in 30 years of renting vacation homes. Helpful at every turn when we needed ... online info if you wanted but still and old-school notebook of helpful details right there on the table for us. I would stay at any of their properties again with zero hesitation! Thank you all!

We loved this place! SO private but close to everything! Our pups loved their stay too ... and the deck had a little gate to keep them contained while they were still able to scope out all the squirrels and birds that came to visit in the trees. The hot tub right out the back door was lovely in the rain - no trouping down a path or anything! We didn't use the fire pit but it is a great space for some serious family gatherings. The beach trail is super close but difficult to identify, so some specific directlons in that super handy house notebook of info would be great. But when we had questions about that, the property managers were just a text away. The property managers were some of the MOST amazing folks - available whenever we needed, making sure we had everything we needed. I've rented a lot of beach vacation houses through the years and these folks were the BEST! I gave the house 5 starts for cleanliness, because everything was super clean for sure, but I would suggest that the kitchen cabinet shelves themselves would benefit from a good deep clean at some point :). Such a tiny thing, I wasn't about to take points off for that tidbit. The house was exactly as advertised and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. Communication was fantastic. The only drawbacks for us were that the fireplace wasn’t functional while we were there and the mattresses were incredibly soft. Like lay down and feel like you might roll off soft. We didn’t sleep super well on them unfortunately, but if not for that issue, we would book here again.

Secluded Hideaway! We enjoyed our stay very much. There was some confusion about the path to the beach since there were many "No Trespass" signs. It might be best to leave a note about that. The house fit all of us very nicely and it was a very pretty place.

We had a great time here for our annual Superbowl getaway. It was nice to be able to bring our pupper and also to be able to walk to the beach. Everything in the house was very comfortable and tidy, the kitchen was well stocked, and when we had an issue with the TV, the staff was on the spot rapidly to help us resolve it and to make sure we didn't miss the game. Absolutely we would stay here again.

This was a great private quiet home to vacation in. Very clean had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. It’s a little far from what we thought but if your only there to visit Ocean Park it’s perfect!We appreciate the cleanliness of the home and great communication from Amber she was always checking in and making sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Thank you Amber for staying in touch during our entire stay!

Robbie was an amazing host. The house was extremely clean, and the game closet was fabulously stocked. They provided extensive details on everything regarding the house and even fun things to do in town. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations ever. I want to refer everyone here but at the same time keep it one of my best-kept secrets

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and private. We were within easy walking distance to the beach. Our grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great quiet place to relax. Quick walking path just down from the house that leads to a gorgeous beach that is more private than main entrances. Quick drive to Long Beach or Ocean Park. Wish we could have stayed longer it was wonderful. Plenty of space for our group of six to spread out. Hot tub was awesome too. Definitely exceeded expectations! Will stay again, highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at the Sisu House in Ocean Park. We loved that there were so many activities for the kids. Very nice place.

The house was great and the staff at Bloomers was even better. We came over for spring break and to celebrate my wife's birthday. We did an online cooking class while staying at the house. The kitchen was as well stocked as our home kitchen! We were missing just a rolling pin and the staff actually came and dropped off a rolling pin for us! Not many rental agencies are that customer friendly! House was clean and comfortable. Proximity to the beach was perfect. My son and I used the clam guns one morning to hunt for the prized razor clams for the first time! We made a lot of memories in our short visit and hope to return.
